What to write to us about

• Something is factually wrong. A rate, a date, a definition, a figure that does not match its source. Send the page and, if you have it, the source. We correct on the page itself rather than quietly dropping the claim.
• Where a figure came from. Our methodology describes our sources by family rather than by provider, on purpose. If you need the exact source of a particular figure - for research, a citation, or a licensing question - ask, and we will tell you.
• Something is broken. A page that will not load, a calculator giving nonsense, a rate showing as unavailable for days. Tell us which page and which browser.
• You want to advertise. Tradergy is ad-supported and that is the whole business model. Advertisers get a labelled display slot and no say in what we publish.
• Press, research or partnerships. Same address. Say who you are and what you need.

Two things we cannot help with

Deleting your account, because there isn’t one. Tradergy has no sign-up, no login and no user record, so there is nothing for us to look up or erase. The calculators keep nothing; the only thing held in your browser is a per-visit analytics identifier that disappears when the tab closes - see privacy.

Telling you what to do. We publish reference figures and explain how things work. We do not give financial advice, recommend a product or provider, or say where a rate is heading, by email any more than on the site - see our disclaimer.

Tradergy is published by QANT Pty Ltd (ACN 088 738 943), an Australian technology company. Who writes the site and the standards it holds to are on about.
